5 Tips You Can Use NOW for Better Mental Health

1. Choose your identity: Remember who you are! God didn’t make duplicates. Listen to hear the stories behind:

  • Watching news anchors

  • My pastor, Dan Smith I'm not polished

  • Podcast about comparisons, etc.

2. Choose your emotions: You do not get to decide how I feel


3. Choose your responses to others: Remind yourself that if you haven’t spoken up, the risk must be too great at this time


4. Choose to make and to talk about your positive choices: Don’t let the world drag you into its den of despair
