Sunday I posted on Facebook to take the day reflect on how you will handle the difficulties in the world. That’s what I’m talking about today: the overturning of Roe v. Wade. It's a tough topic, and I'm not here to voice my opinion but rather my thoughts on handling these tough topics. I hope you'll listen and reflect. I won't put much here, just a few tips I talk about in the episode:
Here are 6 things to consider:
Be well informed.
Peoples' beliefs are not always black white.
Why do you believe/feel the way you do?
Is this a passion of yours? Are you willing to be a spokesperson?
What are your goals when you post, etc?
No one has ever won someone over by saying *!#/ you if you don’t agree with me.
This is a time to come together as women and love one another, not tear each other apart. So go protest! Voice your opinion! It’s ok..... but not if it's at the expense of another, especially another woman.
