Welcome to Consider Yourself Hugged: A Place for Women! Click here to listen to Episode 98. (***Disclaimer: We provide these notes as a skeleton for the show - nothing fancy 😄)
In 2019, at 28 years old, Cheslie Kryst was crowned Miss USA, the oldest woman in history to win. This past Sunday 1/30 at 7:15 am, she took her own life. Today's episode is very last minute, so please forgive any errors. My hope is that you will learn and grow so that her death has meaning to the world!
My Thoughts:
Teach children it's not ok to
Set an example for young girls/women.
Be cautions when giving and accepting compliments.
Think before you post.
Make informed decisions regarding friends & family with mental health struggles.
Get help if you need it!
