Our plan today was to focus on rest, which we did, but we also veered into so many other cool areas, so I hope you enjoy! I want to make a quick disclaimer that most of my advice is geared toward what we would call "daily life." I never want anyone to think I’m insensitive if you’re going through trauma in your life, although I do think this conversation can help.
