1. Choose your identity: Remember who you are! God didn鈥檛 make duplicates. Listen to hear the stories behind:

2. Choose your emotions: You do not get to decide how I feel

3. Choose your responses to others: Remind yourself that if you haven鈥檛 spoken up, the risk must be too great at this time

4. Choose to make and to talk about your positive choices: Don鈥檛 let the world drag you into its den of despair
